Back-end: Experience with one or more languages/frameworks
Experience with multiple architectural principles, including OOP, Modularity, and Service Based Architecture preferred.
Experience designing cloud-native solutions.
Strong knowledge of relational database design and data architecture.
Experience with DevOps methodologies including CI/CD, monitoring, lean process, and general automation.
Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices.
Familiarity with automated testing, including unit testing, and integration testing.
Leadership: 5+ years leading software development teams; Experience mentoring small teams of engineers
8+ years experience in building and deploying service-oriented cloud-based applications
Experience working in software teams with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Previous development firm/agency environment preferably in a consulting space.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
