SaaS productivity tool;? 70k DAU, 5.5 years LTV;? Closest competitors are Trello, Asana, Kaiten.What You'll Do: Manage key clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.Develop and maintain relationships with integration partners, ensuring effective collaboration and mutually beneficial partnerships.Actively participate in sales activities, including identifying new opportunities and closing deals.Understand clients' strategic goals, challenges, and pain points, and propose tailored solutions to address them. Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with clients' business objectives.Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain positive client relationships.Act as the voice of the client within the organization, representing their interests and needs. Work with a team ranging from 10 to 100 people, ensuring efficient teamwork and achieving common goals.Monitor the Indian B2B SaaS market, analyze trends, and the competitive landscape to develop growth strategies.What We Expect from You:Experience in the SaaS industry, preferably with productivity tools.Deep understanding of the Indian B2B SaaS market and its nuances.Successful experience working with integration partners and clients.Knowledge of sales management methods and experience in closing successful deals.Experience working with teams ranging from 10 to 100 people, with leadership qualities.Proactiveness, attention to detail, and a desire to improve everything aroundExcellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
