Initially, the selected candidate will manage all three domains, with the possibility of the roles being segregated as the volume of work increases. This dynamic position requires a candidate who is not only detail-oriented and intelligent but also brings a wealth of experience to streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the efficient movement of goods. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently process orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage logistics operations, including coordination with shipping partners and troubleshooting any issues that arise during transit. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism and patience. Collaborate with various teams to improve operational procedures and customer experience. Use analytical skills to optimize logistics and order processing systems. Requirements: Proven experience in order processing, logistics, and/or customer service. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
