As the IT Operations Manager, the purpose of your position is to oversee the daily operations of our company's IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include managing IT assets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, maintaining data and cyber security, and supporting company computers and user requests. You will also take the lead on IT projects and collaborate with external vendors. Strong technical skills, excellent communication in both English and Portuguese, and exceptional problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.? ? Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems;? Lead IT projects from inception to completion by defining the scope, risks, objectives, and deliverables;? Collaborate with and manage external vendors;? Manage user access rights;? Provide support and troubleshooting for computers and office IT equipment;? Ensure compliance with data security and cyber security regulations;? Collaborate with the parent company's IT department, following their requirements and completing assigned tasks. Work Experience: Proven working experience as an IT Operations Manager, IT Manager, IT Lead or in a similar role, demonstrating hands-on capabilities in computer support and project leadership. ? Technical Skills : ? Infrastructure Management: Proficiency in overseeing the day-to-day operations of company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware. ? Asset Management: Ability to manage company IT assets efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness. ? Data Security: Strong knowledge of data security practices. ? Project Management: Experience leading IT projects. ? Vendor Collaboration: Skilled in collaborating with external vendors. ? Soft Skills and Leadership: ?
