Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as an Information Technology Analyst at Garrett - Advancing Motion located in Guarulhos, SP. As an Information Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting IT-related issues, providing technical support to users, and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technological solutions. Qualifications Analytical Skills, Information Technology, and Technical Support Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in IT systems administration Knowledge of network protocols and security Ability to work effectively in a team Relevant certifications in IT or related fields Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Fluency in English Proficiency in SQL
