POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide administrative support to Housekeeping, Engineering andother departments as needed, utilizing property management systems,payroll system, email and Office 365.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage, prioritize and assign all guest and internal staffrequests through property Maintenance Alice Device.
* Answer phones and emails pertaining to Engineering,Housekeeping & Front Desk requests.
* Answer calls via radio and respond in a friendly andprofessional manner.
* Work with vendor to order parts and supplies as needed forEngineering and Housekeeping departments.
* Assist with delivering amenities and packages to guests anddepartments resort wide as needed.
* Assist with scheduling and payroll for Engineering and otherdepartments as needed.
* Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task infast paced environment.
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed for Engineering,Housekeeping and other departments as needed.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
In addition, this position may be required to perform acombination of the following supportive functions, with thepercentage of time performing each function to be solely determinedby the manager based upon the particular requirements of The Ranch:
* Maintain office cleanliness and organization of parts inEngineering shop.
* Assist with housekeeping and engineering requests as needed.
* Assist with maintaining cleanliness throughout the resort inpublic areas.

Experience and Skills: REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
Education and Licensing:
* High school or equivalent education required. Valid statedriver's license required. Must have good driving record.
Skills and Experience:
* Prior experience in hotel/resort setting preferred. Detailoriented and able to organize and delegate tasks. Administrative background.
* Bilingual English Spanish.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
Grooming:
* All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomedappearance per The Ranch standards.
Competencies:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills andabilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she canperform the essential functions of the job, with or withoutreasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge,skills, and abilities:
* Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primarylanguage(s) used in the workplace.
* Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
* Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Must have strong administrative skills and experience withOffice 365 and email.
* Knowledge of the city, particularly tourist attractions.
* Knowledge of The Ranch operations, its services, and facilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Work tasks are performed indoors and outdoors. There is noeffective protection from any weather conditions.
* The position requires attention to details and the ability tosit at a desk and work on a computer up to 8 hours in a day.
* Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking,repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
* Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process ofcommunicating with guests, supervisors and other team members.
* Vision occurs continuously with the most common visualfunctions being those of near and color vision and depth perception.
* Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
Other:
Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance ofthis position. Irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinaryaction, up to and including termination of employment.
Due to the fluctuation in business levels in the hospitalityindustry, team members may be required to work varying schedules toreflect the business needs of The Ranch. In addition, attendance isrequired at all scheduled training sessions and meetings.
Upon employment, all team members are required to fully complywith company rules and regulations for the safe and effectiveoperation of The Ranch's facilities. Team members who violate TheRanch rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action,up to and including termination of employment.
