Analyze the research data and write the reports. Identify new commercial opportunities and establish relationships with organizations and local partners. 4.QUALIFICATIONS Agricultural engineer or equivalent, with proven experience in field experimentation and related data management. ·Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Good planning, work organization, and project management. ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
