This a long-term PJ contract position based out of Brazil. OVERVIEW: We're looking for a Customer Implementation Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Strategy department. As a Customer Implementation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to directly engage with new customers through regular communication points to drive their onboarding process. REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years' experience in a Customer Service environment, technical support role, and/or process-driven role Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's) Strong attention to detail Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects at once of varying technical degrees Experience in onboarding Ecommerce platforms such as Google and Amazon, knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Merchant Center is a plus General Salesforce or Jira experience is a plus *English proficiency required* — must be able to speak and write in the language fluently ...If you reached this point, we hope you're feeling excited about the job description.
