Nurture Health is searching for a Clinical Nurse for our physical- rehabilitation sub-acute hospital in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal.REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING :
Registered with SANC or other relevant body.3 years or more as a Registered Nurse in a clinical environment.Ensuring the correct and on time billing and adequate storage of stock, & equipment.Providing effective, collaborative leadership to the nursing team.Develop care plans with the IDT and attend L1 Huddle as well as ITM/PTM & Bed Bookings.Ensure the daily credible and on time capturing of all Nursing related data on Nurture Mx.Educate patients and their families about the rehab journey.Ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of patient care.Ensuring Order and Cleanliness in the Ward of the highest standards across all shiftsManagement of all Patient and Patient Family concerns relating to Nursing CareDeliver compassionate and comprehensive care, advocate for the patient, and contribute to positive patient outcomes.KEY COMPETENCIES : Demonstrate exceptionally strong Clinical and People skills.Fully versed in Microsoft Office.Adapt to daily changes in workload.Flexibility in working hours.Ensure best possible outcomes for Patients and their Families.Prevent risks and ensure highest possible quality of standards.Respectful of company policies and procedures.KEY BEHAVIOURS: Respect for every Individual.Willingness to Change.Seek Perfection.Embrace Scientific Thinking.Assure quality at source.Think systemically.Create value for Customer.REMUNERATION: Cost to Company – Starting from R 33 481,65 p/m.HOW TO APPLY: If you meet the above criteria and have the relevant experience and attributes, please submit your CV to Alet at ****** , clearly marked "CN-ILE".
