Lead the creation of comprehensive user journeys, integrating both online and offline experiences. Brand & Communicate: Elevate our brand by designing compelling visual communications that resonate with our audience locally & globally. Lead and Collaborate: Manage a talented team of designers, fostering a collaborative environment that bridges cross-team processes to deliver seamless design solutions. Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Formulate and test hypotheses within a data-driven design framework to continuously refine and optimize our user experiences. What We Need: Proven expertise in UI/UX design, graphic design, and branding. Strong analytical abilities with a knack for detailed customer journey analysis — from initial marketing touchpoints to seamless product integration and beyond.
