The Position As the Communications Coordinator, you will support communications' plan strategies, execute and monitor campaigns to raise awareness about chronic diseases in alignment with Novo Nordisk's values. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you'll collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Corporate Affairs. Additionally, you will manage external communication suppliers and assist in other institutional communication projects. This position is to work in São Paulo, SP. Your responsabilities includes: Develop and implement communication plans and campaigns for disease awareness, adhering to global and regional guidelines and best practices, while coordinating content production and distribution across various channels. Manage community engagement and interaction on digital channels, ensuring appropriate tone, responsiveness, and compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Monitor and measure the performance and impact of communication campaigns, utilizing relevant indicators and tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Present periodic reports and dashboards showcasing campaign results, insights, and recommendations for improvement and optimization. Oversee budget and contracts for external communication suppliers, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of services delivered, while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines. Support the Communications Manager in other institutional communication projects and activities, including crisis management, events, and internal communication efforts such as newsletters and presentations. Qualifications You hold a Bachelor's degree in PR, Advertising, Marketing, or related areas. This person is expected to have fluent oral and written English. We would like to see that you have experience in communications, preferably in the health or pharmaceutical sector. We expect that you bring expertise in executing and monitoring communication campaigns for disease awareness, particularly in digital environments, coupled with adeptness in content production, distribution, and optimization across various digital channels and formats, including websites, social media, newsletters, videos, podcasts, webinars, etc. Nice to have Specialization/Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Communication, or related areas.
