Title: Business Development Representative -Sales Enablement Agency Date: May 24 About iCumulus is an expert Demand Generation Agency. We specialize in digital sales enablement including helping businesses win new customers. We are global leaders and we specialize with brands in the enterprise SaaS, and Fintech accelerators space. Our client is looking for a B2B Marketing services sales professional to be part of their team full-time - this is a secondment. This role will be based in your home city (work from home) in LATAM and we need you to be fluent in professional business in Portuguese, Spanish and ideally English at 8/10+ level. The Role – BDR The main role of the BDR is to engage with pre-built prospect lists - calling to make introductions, offering some relevant content then looking to set up discovery meetings. A master in CALLING. Leads will be mostly developed by our client and a smaller element will be minded for outbound. You will need deep experience in outbound sales and social selling. You are a doer, you understand and practice good sales processes. Responsibilities 60-80 calls a day Set up appointments with India-based prospects for the local BDM's Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM Follow Monthly KPIs. Requirements Dialing will be in Spanish and Portuguese English 2nd language must be spoken 8/10+ Experience in B2B sales 1-5 years min At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience B2B - marketing services experience is preferred Qualifications: A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle) Skilled in social selling Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives Excellent presentation skills both verbal and written High energy and positive attitude Degree qualified or equivalent Advanced LinkedIn skills - sales navigator Standard Salesforce/ ZoomInfo skills Remuneration: Market rate with all the trimmings Location: LATAM - Virtual Sales - home-based Start Date: 15th May 2024 Reports to: Country Manager - LATAM
