What You Will DoThe Business Consumer Intelligence Analyst works closely with the Innovation teams (marketing, R&D, capabilities) to 1) Nurture & Shape innovation and HCPs strategy, leading consumer & shopper researches and building compelling story telling based on existing knowledge to build long term strategies 2) Bring an Outside-in focused, connecting with strategic external partners to bring trends 3) Build Regional Diagnostics on Key Brands based on Syndicated Data (Nielsen, Kantar, IQVA, CUP); 4) Supports teams to have more knowledge and build robust diagnostic from all syndicated data (Nielsen, Household panel) and AD HOC by combining different sources of information. Key Responsibilities·Work as business partner, being part of daily business, Bringing the voice of the consumer and connect with market landscape in all business strategic moments – bringing expertise, knowledge and understanding of market, competition, consumer needs, behavior, and path to purchase.·Lead strategical analysis to identify opportunities for future pipeline, connecting different sources (Nielsen, Kantar (Ad-Hoc and Equity) and Ad-hocs methodologies to address business questions. IMPORTANT: Strong Nielsen, household and equity tools knowledge.·Connect with different areas such as Marketing Regional and local, R&D, CBI E2E and D&A to Integrate knowledge from multiple sources and ability to create meaningful and compelling interpretations to influence and support recommendations. ·Demonstrates clarity and objectivity in the interpretation of findings at the same time have good communication with teams·Leads strategic consumer research studies (Ad-hoc) to priority brands;·Advanced Analytics as a differential for the position·Position includes 30%of Analytics and 70% dedicated to consumer/ ad-hoc projectsQualificationsPrimary LocationLatin America-Brazil-São Paulo-São PauloJob FunctionBusiness Development
