Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure successful project completion. Conduct site surveys and create technical drawings for AV installations. Perform appearance and preventive maintenance visits to conference rooms (VC connections, wires, peripherals, speakers). Zoom room installation and commissioning. Zoom webinar support. Troubleshooting of Zoom desktop client and Zoom room related issues.
