Job Description We're looking for a Brazil Payroll specialist who will ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our Brazil payroll processes. This person will be responsible for reviewing and auditing the different aspects of our Brazil payroll process throughout our team members' journey with Emeritus, including—but not limited to—issuing contracts, collecting documents, managing time tracking, and engaging with the external payroll vendor and finance. Key Responsibilities Advise on payroll, legislation, and benefits requirements to ensure compliance with local legislation. Conduct frequent data reconciliations to ensure our global HRSM system is updated. Maintain and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as payroll and benefits providers and the global finance team. Administration of payroll-related details. Be the point of contact for all payroll-related topics, both internally and externally. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Propose continuous process improvements and automation Job Requirements Professional knowledge of Brazil's payroll requirements and audits. A high level of knowledge of Brazil's employment law would be a plus. Strong organization, control, time management, and attention to detail skills. People Analytics is a plus. Problem-solving and Solutions driven. Ability to work as part of a global team. English. Excel.
