Account Manager (Clothing)

We use on-demand manufacturing technology to connect suppliers to our agile supply chain, reducing inventory waste and enabling us to deliver a variety of affordable products to customers around the world.The Account Manager (Clothing) will:Know the product categories, as well as their gaps and opportunities for development in the local market; Development of analysis and research to better understand the seller and buyer profile; Management of KPIs (GMV, assortment, PMV, stock, operation and NPS); Align department strategies with company strategies; Conduct and consolidate campaigns (offers and exhibition plan); Ensure the quality and standardization of business processes; Identify problems, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends to propose solutions.Requirements:Full graduation; Previous experience with marketplace or e-commerce; Logical and problem-oriented thinking; Good analyticalskill; Problem Solving;Excellent communication skills; Microsoft Exceldomain; Advanced/Fluentin English is a plus.At Shein, we believe that diversity is the force that drives innovation.
