Store Manager

Ashcon has a wide range of experience in refurbishment and new-build projects and have undertaken various prestigious projects. Our success is derived from the quality of our trained and experienced workforce in carrying out and completing a wide spectrum of projects which include residential, commercial/industrial and public buildings within time and cost constraints.

We are now looking to expand the team further by recruiting a Store Manager who will make sure that all company policies, store operating standards and procedures are communicated effectively to construction team members and are maintained and consistently followed. Maintaining the store appearance and equipment to the highest possible standards will be a vital part of your duties, ensuring safety and security guidelines are followed in order to create and maintain the safest environment possible for co employees. The Store Manager also organises all work throughout the store to deliver efficient, speedy and profitable operation.

Ideal candidates must be Target driven, possess commercial awareness, confident in speaking and have leadership skills. Previous experience in similar role and good use of Microsoft excel is an advantage.
