Essential Functions:

Achieve sales targets by executing sales plans and strategies to increase sales through the developing of new accounts and the retaining of existing customers;
Seek new customers to drive them towards the Company’s new products;
Maintain valued customer accounts by consistently meeting them to understand their key need and drivers; ensuring customers stay satisfied and positive, calling on them and making presentations on solutions and valve application requirements that meet customers’ needs;
Track upcoming projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in technical / engineering discipline. Emphasis on mechanical / electrical engineering desired. Advanced degree in business desirable.
Focused background in the valve industry with demonstrated project management skills.
5+ years sales experience in the valve industry in application engineering, valve application sales and sales support;
Innovative / creative background and capabilities;
Premier customer service mentality and proven sales track record;
Ability to develop solutions to customer problems and translate the solutions into sales;
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills;
Possess the commercial acumen in positioning our industry capability and in generating new business;
A self-starter and highly-energetic individual;
Able to work under pressure with minimum guidance.
