We offer a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, packed with challenges and growth opportunities.What You'll Do:- Deeply understand how our onboarding process works, from gathering information to preparing and delivering training, making sure all relevant information is updated on our shared knowledge base.- Learn how to provide the best possible onboarding experience in welcoming new joiners.- Take your first steps into delivering training to both new joiners and current employees.- Understand and transmit our company's values to the people you train. This is a strategic and crucial task, seeing our culture is the DNA that makes us unique.Here's what we are looking for:- Students or recently graduated of Humanities.- Good analytical abilities, someone who is quick to learn.- A good improviser!
