Due to expansion we are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to take full operational responsibilities of the company and be fundamental in achieving the aggressive growth plans for the company.
This is a newly appointed role reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Commercial Director will be responsible for leading and driving all commercial activities including multinational business development, increasing the company's productivity and sales turnover whilst maintaining and improving the company's quality performance.

The role will involve;
Meeting on time delivery and profit targets
Execute the management and responsibility of increased business
to include increased personnel headcount
Monitor production and manufacturing activity across the group, to include planning, quality, maintenance and cost
Joint responsibility (alongside the MD) for contributing towards the achievement of the companyâs strategic and operational targets.
Staff training and development to include management, monitoring and review including team appraisals
Recruitment of new employees with compliance to company procedure
Promote and maintain awareness and compliance of HSE
