Ashcon has a wide range of experience in refurbishment and new-build projects and have undertaken various prestigious projects. Our success is derived from the quality of our trained and experienced workforce in carrying out and completing a wide spectrum of projects which include residential, commercial/industrial and public buildings within time and cost constraints.

We are now looking to expand the team further by recruiting an Architect who has worked at a medium/large firm and is able to take projects from early stages with excellent design abilities.

A sufficient capacity for the practice & creative application of CAD, good free-hand drawing skills, & an inclination for cotemporary & conservative approaches & methods to architectural design & construction will be essential, in addition to –

The ability to effectively coordinate & adapt specific aspects of the projects to safeguard its development & ensure its alignment with the client vision
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal & IT literacy skills
A general account of obligatory UK Building Regulations & accompanying legislation
A enthusiastic, committed, inspiring, & sympathetic attitude to working closely with a team or independently with minimal supervision
The articulacy to liaise excellently with clients, consultants & the remaining department
